Antique mahogany clock restoration

book case restoration

This mahogany table clock dates back to around 1820. Restoration involved consolidation of lifted veneers on the domed top, full restoration of the door and the creation of a small piece of missing moulding on the right side top of the clock case. Reclaimed Victorian float glass was sourced to replace the glass, while handmade wax polishes were used to clean, revive and re-polish the clock.
